Kevin’s dishes marked the first time that I have consistently ACTUALLY wanted to eat the Top Chef dishes. Beet and Salty Prawn Ceviche with Mango Chutney and unpronounceable smear that does nothing? Bleh. Pork Belly with sweet and sour sauce, squash casserole, and crispy bacon? OMGMUSTHAZ

I’m still proud of Kevin for showing that all you need are fresh ingredients and the right seasoning and you can make magic on a plate. We don’t need no stinkin classical techniques.

Why can coffee houses not just offer 3 sizes, small, medium, and large?

And I’m not even talking about Starbucks here. Okay, I kind of am. But I can at least figure out that you have 3 sizes. But seriously. Who offers a 12 and 16 oz? Can we please all just settle on at least 3 sizes so that I don’t feel like such a rambling idiot when I say to give me a friggin medium?

And on a related note, I can do without the sass when you give me a dumb look at remind me you only have a 12 and 16 oz.

Can Logan actually catch (fair-catching punts don’t count)? (Also, Willie, please, please, please take John Fabris with you. Any new DC will be far better off if he isn’t stuck with the other team starting their drives from the 40-yard-line or better after nearly every major UGA scoring drive.)

I think Fabris is a good defensive ends coach, and I’m not sure if there is someone who I think is fit to replace him at that job.

But I am willing to start a prayer circle with you to get him off of special teams!

If Willie goes, you can expect Fabris and Janeck to go with him. Otherwise, you will see the same problems that Tubberville encountered at Auburn by removing the coordinators but keeping the coaches.

Any new DC is going to want to be able to bring in his own staff, not be stuck with the guys from the last guy who didn’t get the job done. That’s just asking for trouble. It’s either the entire defensive staff goes, or individuals go. But I doubt you’ll see Willie go and Fabris stay.

Hey, did ya’ll hear that CBS was filming a documentary about the NATS? It features the lives of 4 guys who are scientists who conduct research for the school. They include:

an Indian-born introvert who is physically unable to communicate with females, so much so that he freezes up when they are even in the room
a character who is made fun of for studying what the others consider a “lesser” science (it cuts deep, I know) and who still lives with his mother, his only other friend
a neurotic type-a who “studies” social skills because he cannot grasp them, he has a mortal enemy who is another scientist
and finally the 4th, lactose-intolerant member who has some degree of socialization and fawns over a female neighbor, although she is less intelligent that what the rest of the group is used to (that is, the homely looking females they work beside)
The group enjoys comics, magic the gathering, have a version of rock-paper-scissors that involves star trek, and have wii bowling league

Wait…what? You mean this is a comedy? It’s NOT about Tech? Coulda fooled me.
